Advisory and visit fees
Shortlists and guided site visits for buyers and renters are typically free. If any paid advisory package is booked, the scope and fee are confirmed in writing before work starts.
Cancellations
You may cancel a paid advisory booking before the agreed service begins. Once visits, documentation review, or negotiation support has started, fees for completed work are non-refundable.
How to request a refund
Email hello@hausgroup.in or call +91 98100 45210 with your booking details. Eligible refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to the original payment method.
